Adrian is from West Cork, Ireland and has spent the last twenty years working and living in Germany and Ireland and has been based in Berlin since 2004. He has more than twenty five years experience in Real Estate, Asset Management, Property Investment and Property Development in Europe and the USA.
John has over 30 years’ experience in the Retail and Private Banking Sector and Financial Services Industry and has structured numerous collective investments into property in Ireland and Germany on behalf of both direct and pension investors. John is a graduate of the Henley Management College in Business Management and consults with a number of SME businesses on Strategic Management and Board Governance.
A native of Limerick city, John has been in Berlin since 1987 and started working for EPI in 2009. A fluent German speaker, John handles marketing and investor relations for EPI and its subsidiaries.
After German reunification in 1990, Inka worked in the offices of a construction company and then spent 10 years employed in the offices of a prominent legal practice. She joined EPI in 2005 and is Office Manager and PA to Adrian O'Sullivan.
Having completed his training in Commercial Offices Communications, Thomas first worked for the Berlin Local Authority before joining our Facility Management Company in 2009. In 2011 he completed his education in Property Management at the EZB (European Centre for Real Estate Management) and is responsible for the day today management of all properties managed by ClonBer Immobilenverwaltungs GmbH.
After qualifying as an electrical engineer, Matthias joined our Facility Management Company in 2007 and is responsible for all technical issues as well as upgrading properties managed by ClonBer Immobilenverwaltungs GmbH
