European Property Investments (EPI) have been active in Germany since 2004 and to-date have invested across the full property spectrum: Residential, Office, Commercial and Logistics have managed in excess of €750 million for investors during this period. 

With a staff of eight based in Berlin, supported by Europrop Asset Management’s staff of three in Ireland and their extensive contact network, EPI, is ideally placed to monitor and access the real estate market in Germany. 

One of EPI’s business objectives has been to produce capital growth for clients over a medium term through an increase in property value coupled with a run down of debt.  More recently, EPI has used made use of their extensive experience to also provide advisory services to non-group clients in managing and disposing of German real estate assets in a tax efficient way. 

EPI deliver an asset management strategy to meet the needs and expectations of investors. We concentrate on sourcing and purchasing property assets along with the identification of suitable development projects and guiding these through the process of planning, construction and sale. We have first-hand experience of property development in Germany through our own development projects.

We have proven success in providing innovative ideas and solutions in dealing with investment, planning, taxation, banking and legal issues for our clients.
